Individual Therapy
for Grief, Change, & Life’s In-Between Seasons
(Online in Texas, Florida, Ohio, Colorado & Michigan)
Support for where you are, and who you’re becoming.
Sometimes, life feels heavier than expected.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, a life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything you’re carrying, therapy offers a space to slow down, be heard, and begin making sense of it all.
This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out AND
you’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.

What Individual Therapy Can Support
Individual therapy can be helpful if you’re navigating:
-
anxiety or feeling constantly overwhelmed
-
depression or a sense of disconnection
-
grief and loss
-
life transitions or unexpected changes
-
relationship challenges or patterns
-
the emotional impact of past experiences
-
a desire to better understand yourself and feel more grounded
You don’t have to wait until things feel “serious enough.”
If something is weighing on you, it’s worth exploring.
What Therapy with Me Feels Like
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, at your own pace.
I take an active, supportive approach, offering both space to process and gentle guidance when it’s helpful. There’s room here for both depth and lightness.
I will hold space for the hard conversations, and the moments of clarity, relief, or even laughter along the way.
Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more aligned, steady, and connected to yourself.

A Gentle Next Step
If you’re feeling ready to begin, or even just curious about what this process might look like, you’re invited to schedule a consultation.
We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether this feels like a good fit for you.
