Where is your office located?
I operate as a fully virtual private practice, so all sessions take place online. You can meet with me right from your own space, via a secure video platform.
What states do you provide therapy services in?
Due to licensing requirements, I can offer online therapy to clients living in Ohio, Texas, Florida, Colorado, or Michigan.
How long are sessions, and what are the fees for private pay?
Individual sessions: 55 minutes — $150
Couples sessions: 55 minutes — $210
Other clinical tasks, like writing letters, participating in phone calls with other professionals, or completing requested forms, are subject to additional fees.
What is your availability for sessions?

Special arrangements, such as weekend mornings, can sometimes be made by request.
Do you offer virtual/telehealth sessions?
Yes! All sessions are conducted online through a secure video platform, making it convenient to connect from wherever you are.
Do I need to complete any paperwork before starting therapy?
Yes. Once we schedule your initial assessment session, I’ll send you intake forms electronically to complete ahead of time.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! Please complete the contact form or schedule your free consultation to discuss your insurance coverage, and how it's used for your session fee.
Can I use my insurance if you’re out-of-network?
Yes! Many clients have out-of-network benefits. Simply call the number on the back of your card to learn more about your coverage.
I’m happy to provide a Superbill with all the details your insurance company needs for reimbursement.
